The instructions below will ensure that your shopping experience is super easy - just the way we like it!

When you click the link to access Hounds Kitchen's web store (below), it will open up in a new browser window.  From here, you can 'shop all' by scrolling down the homepage, or you can 'shop by category ' by selecting the 'shop' tab at the top of the page.

Please note that all orders placed online are processed to collect in store. However, if you find that you are in need of home delivery, and you live locally to the shop, you can email us with your order number and we will try our best to help.

We charge a small fee (£1.50) at checkout for processing orders under £15. If your order is over £15, you will not be charged this checkout fee.

 

We use a PayPal screener at checkout to ensure your online security but you do not need a PayPal account to checkout online. you can use credit/debit card if you prefer. If you want to pay by credit or debit card, when prompted to sign in to PayPal, simply click the option 'use debit/credit card'.

 

All orders placed by 8pm Monday - Friday will be available for collection in store during our opening hours the next working day. Any orders placed after 8pm will be processed the next working day and will be available for collection the day after processing.
